CPanel's Email Trace displays reports about email message delivery attempts from your account and allows you to trace message delivery routes.
How to trace an Email address in CPanel:
1) Login to the Cpanel.
2) Under the mail section, Click on "Trace Email" option.
4) Enter an email address that you wish to trace.
5) Click on "Run Report".
This feature shows you how the mail server will treat a message when sending to or delivering to a specific address.
