Your visit to this account transfer page indicates that you are contemplating changing your hosting services. If this is true, then we can offer the following. We provide free account transfer services to those who want to move their web hosting account to AccuWeb Hosting from their existing hosting service provider.
We will provide a user-friendly support desk to initiate and perform the migration. This will allow us to collect pertinent information, such as your control panel’s URL, FTP host, and login credentials.
Upon completing this process, you will receive a notification, we will generate a support ticket, and our migration team will be deployed. The ticket will allow you to communicate with our team 24/7.
The last step would require you to point your domain to AccuWeb’s Web Hosting server, and your site will be live with AccuWeb Hosting. If needed, we can certainly assist in this process as well.
Our environment will provide cPanel as a control panel. This will be an added benefit if you have cPanel at your current hosting provider. In addition, our Migration expert team can migrate your entire cPanel account, including your website, Email account, and other files.
Please note website transfers may take up to 5 business days. Though our team is adept and efficient, migrations are also contingent on the size of the website, limitations set by the previous host, connectivity, and other external factors.

The customer must initiate this Basic Migration request within 7 days of initial sign-up.
The Basic Web Hosting Migration offer applies to all plans; Basic ++, Premium ++, and Enterprise Pro ++. The basic migration is available for small and medium-sized websites with less than 10GB of storage. For large & enterprise Windows websites, you can consider our Premium Migration service.
We will complete your migrations as soon as possible, which could take up to 5 business days. However, if processing your migrations may take longer, we will let you know when we receive the request.
If you have a website with lots of files (inodes) or files named with special symbols, there may be issues while transferring it to our server. While we will try our best, the client's responsibility is to ensure that all required data is migrated to our server.
If there is any malicious/harmful code in the file(s), our anti-malware software may quarantine such files during/after migration. But, unfortunately, we can not allow our clients to run such files on our server.
In the case of cPanel-to-cPanel transfer, our team may ask you to white-list our server IP address in your previous host's server.
The websites that change continuously (shopping sites, discussion forums, etc.) often require the site's placement into maintenance mode and careful scheduling to avoid data loss. Such a website that requires maintenance mode or scheduling of migration time is not eligible for the Basic Migration offer and will be processed as a Premium Migration service.
Websites requiring reverse proxies or complex configurations are not eligible for Basic Migration and should be migrated via a Premium Migration service.
Redirects added to a .htaccess file or your prior hosting provider's control panel will not be migrated as part of this service. You will need to manage such a setup with the help of your developer or webmaster.
To be eligible for the Basic Migration offer, the customer must create a support ticket and provide the FTP, Control Panel Login details, and Database Login details that the previous host provides. This will ensure a speedy transfer process. Also, the customer will have to provide all the required assistance about contacting their previous hosting provider in case of any technical problem. In all such cases, the customer will be responsible for coordinating with his previous hosting provider and obtaining all the requested details for our technical department to transfer the account properly.
Important: Please note that you will need to leave your account active with your existing hosting provider until your account is completely transferred to AccuWebhosting.com and your domain is pointed to our services.
Setting up DNS and configuring third-party services is not included in our migration service, and you will need to handle these tasks. A few common examples of tasks that clients will need to take care of include migrating DNS records to AccuWebHosting DNS, setting up Cloudflare or Sucuri, updating the A record or nameservers at your domain name registrar, and setting up email service.
