does anyone know of a good free windows hosting provider. i have never tried windows hosting before but think its time to get some experience in it.

well i would not recommend for a free host. Although Price is an important criterion during selection of a web host but i think its not always good to go with the free host and ignoring the Quality, reliability, stability and Customer Technical Support factors which are more important for hosting.
