Is it okay to use a 16 GB DDR4 RAM stick with pre-installed 4GB DDR4 RAM?

Completely okay to use a 16 GB DDR4 RAM stick with pre-installed 4GB DDR4 RAM. Make sure the MHz is similar for the best performance. Usually, if you use ram with the same frequency and latency, there won't be any issues.
