Getting an Error in WebDepoly (ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAX_SITE_CONNECTIONS)

Problem Statement
I am getting the following error while deploying the website to IIS.
ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAX_SITE_CONNECTIONS

Resolution
The established connections to the website/Application pool has been exceeded. You need to restart the Website from the IIS Web Server.
