ProblemI am using SmarterMail on my Widnows server and getting my mails too late in my Inbox.
ResolutionThe following reasons may be a cause for the delayed mail in Inbox.
- A ton of mails in the Mail Spool. Make sure that the mail spool has no large amount of mails.
- Insufficient server Resources. Make sure that your mail server is not overloaded.
- Greylisting Enable. Make sure that the GreyListing is disable for your account.
- An antivirus scanning process on your server may take a few times to scan the mail.
