    Hello Annie_P,

You can follow the steps below on how to use Roundcube webmail client software to change email account passwords. The simplest method for users without accessing cPanel to change their password is via a Webmail client. Rather than using an email system, Webmail allows users to send and receive emails instantly from a web browser.

To change the email password using Roundcube, follow the steps:
    • Firstly, log in to Webmail.
    • Next, choose the "cP" icon from the screen's left bar.
    • Now, different systems of software will then be available on the webmail page. To be precise, "horde" and "Roundcube."
    • You can choose to decide from any of the two webmail options. Here, we've chosen "Roundcube."
    • Now, click on the down arrow next to the email address on the right side of the screen.
    • Then, click on the "Password & Security" option from various options.
    • Next, you can either "enter a new password for this account" or use the "password generator."
    • Note: The password's strength needs to be relatively high.
    • Lastly, click on the "Save" button to apply changes.

Thus, It is how you can use Horde and Roundcube webmail client software to change your email passwords without accessing cPanel.

I hope the above information helps you to change the email password using the Roundcube webmail client. However, If you still face any issues, you can update it here.
