VPS Hosting Plans

I want to make a social networking website and I'm looking for a VPS Server to host it.
Will I get Softaculous eith the hosting plan so I can install my website using JCOW.

Softaculous is only available on linux based vps and it is addon to the vps plan ($3/month).

VPS is much the same level with dedicated server, so you can create reseller accounts. However, if you are not familiar with VPS/server, you should be careful when choosing a VPS.
