I am not a professional IT person and can not design a website and i tend to use sites such as Yola to upload preformated webpages to my website. However this time i intend to have a website for product reviews whereby customers key in a product on the site and the product review comes up. Therefore i need a website that has a site search feature and one i can upload my database in excel/word.
Where can i find templates or site builder sites that have the following:
1. site search feature
2. automatically load the database of 3000 records.
I guess you get my idea. ..Is there any other easier way or website tools i can use.
I think the problem lies in the nickname. If I write a short one, does not matter what mail adress I give, registration fails.
I tried both my mail adresses (gmail.com and indamail.hu) ,for the first time both failed. That was yesterday ( for me at least). Today I could register with a longer nickname.
This is a question asked by many, but achieved by a few for one reason above all others. It is an amazing thought, is it not, that you could create your own website and have it out there on the web where, potentially, millions would be able to access it. You might use it to sell a product or service and join the ranks of those who have, quite literally, changed their lives due to their ability to make money online.
You may already be aware that when you declared ' I want to build my own website' that one problem reared it's ugly head early in the whole procedure. Is it perhaps the expense of getting into cyberspace? Well no, it's actually quite cheap to get online. There are only two unavoidable costs, buying a domain name, in other words your website address, and getting a 'hosting' company to put your site online. The first will cost you around $10 and the second about $5 per month.
You can even find free software to create and upload your site.
So what is this problem I am referring to? - what is the dark side of the web?
You are more likely to be put off the whole idea of creating a website when you encounter one technical issue after another. You have heard the hype, 'all you need is the ability to send an email and surf the web', not true. I could not begin to list the techie hurdles that you are certain to encounter and there often comes a point when would be internet entrepreneurs throw up your arms, grab a drink and ditch the whole idea.
You see it is very important that you decide, early in your online career, whether you want to be a super techie or just get a high quality site online quickly and spend your time marketing. For marketing I mean, of course, making money.
When I decided to my own website there was only one way I was willing to do so and it wasn't by burning the midnight oil followed by going to bed in a foul mood. Get into cyberspace fast and stress free!
Website designing is not so much difficult work. First you can hire a web developer to complete this task or you can choose a domain name , then registering the domain name, after that you find a good web host,, when you have settled your domain name and web host, the next step is you can design your web site or you can use the dream weaver software.
