Re: What is Hosted Exchange?
Outsourcing Microsoft Exchange does not work in all cases - if you already have a Windows server, it could be easier and cheaper to host exchange in-house.
I would only recommend the hosted exchange solution to small companies or those without the correct infrastructure.

Re: What is Hosted Exchange?
i think you are right
Nile Hadwards As per my knowledge a hosted exchange can improve your managed server a lot more times due to a more user friendly site. A site that has an administration that could oversee all the exchanges would further improve your hosted exchange site

Re: What is Hosted Exchange?
To host Microsoft Exchange, you need a server. To run Microsoft Exchange, you need an operating system. To install Microsoft Exchange, you need to hire someone. To add your employees, you have to buy licenses for each of your employees. Already you are looking at $7000 to $8000 before you send your first email. Once your server is in place, you’ll have to pay for the utilities needed to keep it up and running, including Internet bandwidth and energy costs.
