What strategies have you found effective in standing out as a reseller host in a highly competitive industry?

For me, the biggest differentiator was niche focus. Instead of trying to sell hosting to everyone, I targeted a specific type of customer. Once you speak their language and understand their needs, it’s much easier to stand out.
