WordPress may not be using the real cron, which could be the cause of the issue with missing scheduled posts.

So, if WordPress is not publishing the scheduled posts, verify whether WP-Cron is enabled or not


Additionally, try disabling the default WP-Cron and Enabling an Alternative.

You can also fix the missed schedule post error in WordPress using a Scheduled Post Trigger Plugin. Install and activate the plugin, and it’s done.


If nothing else seems to be working, then try Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit. Sometimes, it might be possible that your WordPress site needs more memory than what is currently allocated.
