How to stop WordPress from generating image sizes without Plugins?

I recently started learning Wordpress and don't know much about it.
So can anyone tell me How to stop WordPress from generating image sizes without Plugins?

To stop WordPress from generating images sizes, follow these steps:


First, log in to your WordPress dashboard.

From the left sidebar, go to Settings >> click Media.


In the media setting, you can see the option:

• Thumbnail Size
• Medium Size
• Large Size

For all these options, Set the width and height sizes to ZERO.


Click on Save Changes to save the changes.
