You can fix this From your WordPress dashboard. First, select Appearance from the left side menu and then choose Customize. Next, click on the Header at the top of the page to bring up the Header layout section. From here, select None.
If it doesn't work, remove it from the Theme-specific setting because themes also sometimes include elements like Header and footer that you have to remove.
Also, you can try applying the diable: none rule to the header section. To do that, navigate to a particular page, right-click on the Header and go to the inspect; from there, remove it by adding code.
You can also use the Additional CSS option from Appearance >> Customise in the WordPress dashboard.
