Can anyone help me Understand the benefit of extra VPS IPs and Why we need extra IPs?

There are some benefits to having additional IP:

When you use an Additional IP address, your site will not be blocked even if it shares one with another spamming user.

If you're using a domain name to send emails to people on your domain, the blocklisting mail server will ban all emails from that store. So, those who use additional IP addresses have complete control over their reputation and nothing to worry about the actions of other users, even if they share a server.

Some online businesses like to assign new dedicated IPs to their website to bring them up in google's ranking system. Other times unique IPs are assigned to a particular server to install certificates for authentication.

Using Additional IPs can also help if you run your VPS as an email server. Sometimes IPs get blocked, and you send your emails from other IPs available on the server unless your first IP did not get safelists.
