Pre Sales Questions re Windows VPS

I am looking for a Windows VPS where I can:
1: run a MS-SQL database
2: install my own "server-type" software to handle data requests from remote client sites.
3: open a couple of non-standard ports for incoming data

Not looking to host web pages on the VPS.

Would the WebMaster VPS - Opal package allow me to do the above?

That's true, webmaster VPS Opal will allow the above mentioned requirements.
