How to start/stop/restart HELM Service from IIS - Windows 2003 server?

Hello All,

In order to start/stop/pause HELM Service from HELM one need to perform below mentioned steps:

1) Open IIS Manager.
2) Click on Websites.
3) Right click on HELM Control Panel website from IIS.
4) Select required action [start/stop/pause].
