One can download Mysql database backup from cpanel using the steps mentioned below:
1. Login into cPanel of your Cpanel Web hosting account.
2. Click on Backups icon.
3. Click on the database name from the section Download a MySQL Database Backup
4. The new popup window will open and select save to disk option.
5. Click on Ok button.
The backup will be downloaded on your local machine in SQL format.
