How to Upgrade/Downgrade an account in WHM
How to Upgrade/Downgrade an account in WHM:
1. Login to the WHM.
2. Select “Account Function” icon.
3. Click on “Upgrade/Downgrade an Account” option.
4. Select the user or search by user or by domain.
5. Click on modify.
6. Select the new package
7. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade.
This will change the package status of the user.
