BoxTrapper functions is used for spam filtering for email addresses which works through verification. When an email is sent to an account that has enabled BoxTrapper, a verification email is automatically sent in response. This verification email requires the original sender to reply to the verification request, leaving the subject line intact. When the reply is received, the original message will be delivered to the intended recipient's account. In order enable/disable BoxTrapper on cPanel/WHM server we need to perform these steps:
1) Login into WHM.
2) Click on Tweak Settings [see image below]
3) check/uncheck on BoxTrapper Spam Trap under email settings to enable/disable it. [see this image]
4) Save the settings.
