Hello All,
In order to enable/disable vBulletin forum one need to perform below mentioned steps:
1) Login into vBulletin administrative control panel.
2) Click on vBulletin Options -> Turn your vBulletin On and Off.
3) Select the radio button to enable/disable vBulletin forum.
4) If it is disable then apply details to be disabled on the forum in “Reasons for turning forum off”.
5) Click on save to apply changes.
