How to set Tarpitting in Alligate server?

One of the important terminology of Alligate server is to set Tarpitting. Below are the steps to set it up:

1. Open the "Alligate SMTP Gateway Control Panel". (Start -> All Programs -> Alligate)

2. Click on Tarpitting link and provide the desired settings you wish.
