To add more accounts to a cPanel license, Upgrade a cPanel & WHM License:

Here's how you can Upgrade a cPanel & WHM License:

Step 1: Open the cPanel Store account.

Step 2: Go to the Manage Licenses section.

Step 3: Locate the license you're looking for.

Step 4: Click the dropdown button symbol under Actions. There will be a menu.

To update the license, click Upgrade.

Step 4: A window to upgrade your license will appear.

From the menu, choose the package where you can create 100 accounts.

Step 5: Save your changes by clicking the Save button.

Step 6: The additional package is automatically added to the cart by the system.

Step 7: Continue with the checkout procedure.
