Domain Name doesn't forward to server

2 weeks ago I purchased a domain name and hosting plan from you

I can access the website by using the url:
Northwestern Engineering Consultants, P.C.

however, using the domain name for the url doesn't work:
http: //www.northwesternengineering.com

You would think the dns entry would have propagated in 2 weeks, so I am thinking there is a configuration error somewhere.

Well, I submitted trouble tickets and posted on these forums, with no response.
problem was finally resolved by a representative on chat, but it would have been nice to be able to use the other support methods and actually get a response.

It turns out that the welcome email I received had the wrong nameservers, so there is nothing I could have done until I was given the correct ones.

I am a little disappointed in the support, but as long as the uptime is fairly good, that is more important.

I sincerely apologies for the delayed reply in the forum. We use this troubleshooting division to put the articles about how client can trouble shoot any issue themselves.

Most of support issues raised at the helpdesk are replied in less than 2 hours time. If you can provide me the ticket number, i will investigate about the delay in replying your ticket.
