    Domain problems...

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I've run out of options:

Ok, I need help. Whether I need the mental or technical kind; you decide.

I purchased one domain a few years ago and have been using it for my website without problems. About a month ago it was about to expire so I tried to renew the domain but, after many attempts, I couldn't log in to renew the domain. I tried the lost password option but the emails with my new/old password never came.

I eventually opened a ticket with Support and they said they sent it again but, still, I never received it. I've looked in my junk mail box and trash as they suggested but there's no message in there. I eventually lost the domain and the site went down... but then a few days later it was back up again and I don't know why. I tried to 're-buy' the domain but it says it's unavailable.

I've tried logging into Support to file another ticket but I can't get in, it keeps saying my password is wrong. I've requested my password for my Support account but it never comes. I've tried making requests w/o logging in but I don't get any responses. I've even tried re-registering with a different email but THAT email hasn't come yet either (it's only been 20min though).

Am I going crazy? Do AccuWeb's computers hate me?

Can someone tell me what's going on?

    Thanks for any help.

    Dan

    UPDATE: Still haven't received a confirmation for the second email address I registered. But when I request 'lost password' I receive the email giving me the password to the account. I try to log in with it and it says that it's wrong. ; ;

Yeah... AWH's computers hate me. >_>

    Hello Dan,

I regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

I have investigated all your past tickets regarding the domain issues and found that you had made one year registration payment for the domain registration during the sign up process. However, when the domain expired, the domain was inactive. You contacted us for username and password and that was provided to you by John:

    Hello Daniel,

Please note that Alex has already provided you the password of your Domain control panel at the ticket RRC-232697. Let me provide it again to you as mentioned below:

    URL:- http://domains.accuwebhosting.com
    Username:- [email protected]
    Password:- ******

I could successfully access the domain control panel by using above details. Kindly try at your convenience.

Do let us know if you have any further query or concern.

    Best regards,

    John D.

Moreover, when the issue of renewing was forwarded to Billing Department, Mark from Billing had renewed your domain without payment as we had $8.99 credit in your account as that was additional payment made by you, domain registration for first year was free with your plan:

    Hello Daniel,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

Kindly note that as per my investigation your payment for the Domain Name Renewal was received by our automated system at the time when you had placed your hosting order. So I have manually renewed your domain name for the next 1 year. Hence now your site will be up within next 7-8 business days.

Do let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Mark G.
