Remote network connection refused

Hi everybody

When i try to connect on remote computer on my domain by the assistant i've a message "connection refused" !!!

I'm local administrator on remote computer, and domain admin, but i can't work ?

Make sure the terminal service is running on the remote computer. Also, which operating system is installed on the remote computer?
