What are the steps to create a new user account in Plesk?
I've never created a user account in Plesk before. Can you please explain how I can do this step by step, and what information I need to provide for the new user?
To create a new user account in Plesk, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your Plesk control panel using your username and password.
Once logged in, navigate to the "Users" tab. This tab is usually located in the left-hand sidebar.
In the "Users" tab, click on the "Create User Account" button. This will open a new user creation form.
In the user creation form, you'll need to fill in the following details for the new user:
Contact name.
Email address: Add the email address associated with the user.
Username: Enter a unique username for the new user.
External email address: Enter an alternate email address that will be used if the user can no longer access their primary email address to reset their password.
User role: Select the necessary user role from the user role menu.
Access to subscriptions: Choose the subscription or domain to which the user account will be associated. If you have multiple subscriptions or domains, select the appropriate one.
Username: Enter the username required to access Plesk.
Password: Set the password for accessing Plesk with this user name.
After filling in the required information, click the "OK" or "Create" button, and it will successfully create the user account.
