How to configure SMTP for my domain

we have accuweb hosting account under eluceon.com. I am trying to set up my Outlook express to send mails from my email account and I haven't been successful in doing so. My SMTP settings are (actual user name replaced with <my user name>):

    Server Name: smtp.eluceon.com
This Server requires me to log on (Checked)
    Account Name: <my user name>@eluceon.com
    Password: <password>

I get following Error from Outlook Express:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was mailto:<my user name>@eluceon.com. Subject : Test, Account: , pop3.eluceon.com, Server: , smtp.eluceon.com, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: , 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for mailto:<deleted>@eluceon.com, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I would appreciate any help you can offer on this
    Thanks
    -Joe
