    Accuweb 101

I am struggling... completely. I have recently purchased the domain estreams.org for my non profit organization. I know how to set up a site but with working with Helm and accuwebhosting I am drowning. These questions might seem mindless but I would appreciate whatever help can be given.

    1. How do I set up my e-mail through my domain so I have an e-mail such as first.last@estreams.org

    2. Where do I post all of my html coding so my website starts up. When I log into accuwebhosting I see a screen with options such as packages, extra features, domains, billing, Password, Personal Details, Online Help, Helm Extensions. I have the mid package.

Thank you for your time and experience.

Please check the below mentioned URLs which priovide you an interactive guide on how to create email account in HELM:

Helm controlpanel is discontinued now. Please refer to our SolidCP and Plesk Panel tutorials.

You need to upload all your webpages and webfolders to the server where you site is hosted. You can do it by login to your FTP accounts( if you do not have access to FTP of your domain then please consult accuwebhosting live support).

Once you login, you will find the three folder, you need to place all your html pages in wwwroot folder.

Log (this folder is managed by web server itself, it keeps your web site log information for e.g. site visitors, FTP activity etc.) do not delete this folder, unless you my loss your web statistics.

    * wwwroot (Called root folder. To able to display your site properly over internet, always upload your web pages and images into this folder.)

    * Db (this folder is useful to manage database file and particularly Microsoft Access database file. Always upload your database file into this folder)

Please contact accuwebhosting.com support for more information.
