1) Log into your HELM.
2) Click on the HELM Extensions link.
3) Click on the Request Support link.
4) Select your domain name from the dropdown list, if applicable.
5) Fill in the Subject and Text as per your requirements and finally hit the submit button.
No sooner you are done with the above, we will receive a support request on your behalf and you will be sent the details on how to access that ticket via our online helpdesk at your email address.
