How to fix 'High LCP' and 'INP'?

My WordPress site and WooCommerce store is hit with 'High LCP' and 'INP' warnings in Search Console, but I can't just delete my plugins. How are you all fixing Core Web Vitals without losing site functionality?

Check your images.

WooCommerce likes to generate 15 different sizes of every product photo. If your LCP element is a large product image, make sure you're serving it in WebP format and using 'Fetch Priority' on the hero image. It’s a small fix, but it’s often the reason LCP fails even on fast servers.
