If you want full control and flexibility, go for WordPress. You can build anything from a simple blog to a full-scale online store. It has thousands of plugins and themes.
The only downside is you’ll need to handle hosting, updates, and backups but managed WordPress hosting takes care of all of that. Once you get the hang of it, it’s way more powerful and customizable.

For me, WordPress wins hands down. SEO is stronger, it’s faster if you optimize it right (especially with LiteSpeed hosting). You can move your site anywhere
Wix sites sometimes feel “boxed in.” Also, Wix pricing can get expensive if you add premium apps. With WordPress, most plugins are free or one-time purchases.
