Does WordPress hosting or WordPress give any option?

    1. Add Google Captcha to deter automated bots from registering.
    2. Verify user's email addresses before activating their accounts. This step ensures that the registrant is a real person with a valid email.
    3. Set up manual approval for new user accounts.
    4. Block registrations from specific email domains because spammers often use disposable email services.
    5. You can also use Anti-spam plugins

Use honeypot protection; in this method, only bots will fill out a hidden field. If this field gets completed, the registration is automatically blocked.

If spam registrations come from certain countries, use security plugins to block them.

If you don’t need public sign-ups, go to Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard and set "Membership" to unchecked to disable registrations.

Does WordPress hosting or WordPress give any option? -> If you're on a managed WordPress hosting service, see if they have built-in spam protection, firewalls, or security rules in their plans to keep bots and fake sign-ups away.
