I have tried loading WordPress through Softaculous and through FTP. In both cases, I cannot update the website. After making a change and clicking the update button, I get the message, "Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response." However, if I look at Tools | Site Health it says there are 0 Critical Issues. What can I do to fix this problem?
