How can a trader monitor the latency and performance of their Forex VPS?

Monitor is important as to how you can do it on MT4/MT5, then go to market watch and select ping, or you can run the command prompt on VPS (ping -t broker-server-address). For the performance of the VPS resources test, simply use shortcut keys like Ctrl + Shift + Esc for the Task Manager and Performance tab, or use tools like WinMTR / PingPlotter for deeper testing and ongoing latency tracking.
