The requirement a Satisfactory server places on the underlying hardware is primarily based on how many players are concurrently connected to the server. At this time, Satisfactory is only intended for a maximum of four players in multiplayer mode, at least in its current iteration. However, through setup, game worlds for more than four people can be made, although the performance is not the responsibility of the Swedish development team Coffee Stain Studios.
The following are the basic system requirements for a Satisfactory dedicated server:
Processor: Intel or AMD (4 Core and 8 Thread) from 3.4 GHz onwards; powerful single-core performance preferred
Memory:
6 GB Memory for 1–4 players
8 GB or more Memory for more extensive storage files or more than 4 players
Hard Drive: 10-15 GB for the satisfactory server; extra space for saved games or optional mods
It would be best if you included the operating system's computational load in your planning in addition to the computing capacity for the Satisfactory server. Although mainstream Unix/Linux variants like Ubuntu are available in theory, developers advise using Windows for servers. Therefore, the following additional prerequisites would require for Windows Server 2019 for instance:
1.4 GHz processor (64-bit)
512 MB or 2 GB memory (without or with a graphical user interface)
32 or 36 GB hard drive space (without or with a graphical user interface)
