"ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED" displays when your network connection has an issue and you cannot browse the internet. You might be unable to use other internet-connected applications due to that issue.

Your IP address is often the cause of the "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED" message. Either the network cannot resolve the address because of problems with the Domain Name System (DNS), or the address may have abruptly changed.

How to Fix the ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED Error?

    1. Restart Router
It only requires unplugging the router's power plug, waiting a minute, and then plugging it back in.

It can take the router a minute or two to fully restart after you plug it in and re-establish your connection. Return to the PC after confirming the WLAN connection by checking the router's lights.

    2. Flush DNS
Press Windows + R, select cmd, and write the below command:

    • IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
    • NBTSTAT –R
    • NETSH INT IP RESET
    • NETSH WINSOCK RESET

      3. Check your proxy settings
    • In Windows, open the start menu and search for “internet options,” then choose the choice on the menu.
    • The Internet Properties settings window will open as a result.
    • Navigate to Connections > LAN Settings from this window.

Disable the setting temporarily if it reads, "Use a proxy server for your LAN." While you're there, confirm that the setting for "Automatically detect settings" is turned on under "Automatic configuration".

    4. Check your DNS settings.
Go to the Network Status screen > Advanced network settings > Change adapter options in Windows.

This page includes a list of the network connections you have access to. Right-click on it and select Properties, then go to Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties.

Obtain an IP address automatically, and a DNS server address is set to be enabled on this screen by default. We advise temporarily returning to the default settings if you're using a custom IP address or DNS server.

     5. Clear cache and browsing data
    1. on the right side of the page in Google Chrome, click on three dots and select Settings > Privacy and Security.
    2. Select Clear browsing data.
    3. Check the following checkbox with the text Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
    4. Click on Clear data.

    6. Disable power server mode
    1. Click on the Start button and find Device Manager.
    2. Select your network adapter, right-click on it, and choose properties.
    3. Disable the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option, and click ok after reloading the page in chrome.
