1. This is a contract between you (the Partner) and us (AccuwebHosting). It describes how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship. These terms are so important that we cannot have you participated in our Partner Program unless you agree to them. By participating in our Partner Program, you are agreeing to these terms. These terms will be updated from time to time as needed, therefore you are requested to visit this page periodically to remain updated with the current changes.

2. If you are participating in the program on behalf of any legal entity or corporation, you further represent and warrant that you are rightfully authorized to accept these Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement on such entity’s behalf.

3. To participate in the Program, the Partner must have an active and verified PayPal account in good standing.

4. We reserve sole rights to refuse to anyone’s participation in the Partner Program without assigning any reason

5. Providing false information in the registration form will result in immediate termination of your partnership with us and will forfeit all the outstanding of referral fees, commission and anything associated with this Partner Program.

6. Partners should not indulge in any unlawful activities whatsoever including SPAMMING, which may cause damage to our reputation. If any such activities are found, the Partnership will be automatically terminated without prior notice. Such termination will automatically result in forfeiture of all the outstanding of referral fees, commission and anything associated with the Partner Program.

7. A company participating in Partner Program is entitled to receive Referral Fee based on the type of Partnership chosen.

8. Following are the slabs of referral fees that a partner is entitled to receive.

9. Accuwebhosting is responsible for paying commissions only on those sales which can be traced back to the Partner.

10. Any order received through partner's websites will be executed strictly in accordance with AccuwebHosting's business terms and conditions. We reserve sole rights to accept or reject any such order without assigning any reasons.

11. A partner can withdraw the amount earned only if it has reached to $200/-. Such amount will be paid within 30 to 60 business days after making a formal withdrawal request to us. It will be deposited to their registered PayPal Account only.

12. Partner will not be entitled to receive any Referral fees in the following events:
