Can i change my Primary domain name under wordpress free hosting plan?

Currently i'm using wordpress free hosting plan for my website.However i'm planning to change my domain name and register a new domain name.If i register a new domain name for my site can i change the primary domain in free wordpress hosting plan. Under free Wordpress hosting plan terms, it is written that one website can be hosted under free plan. I wish to host one website only however i want to change the domain name. is this possible under free wordpress hosting plan? Thanks in advance.

All the orders are verified based on the domain name. The new domain name will require a new register.

No, You are not able to do this because 1st you will lose all your ranking and 2nd you It is not possible because i don't think so. this service is available.
