Can i change my Primary domain name under wordpress free hosting plan?

Currently i'm using wordpress free hosting plan for my website.However i'm planning to change my domain name and register a new domain name.If i register a new domain name for my site can i change the primary domain in free wordpress hosting plan. Under free Wordpress hosting plan terms, it is written that one website can be hosted under free plan. I wish to host one website only however i want to change the domain name. is this possible under free wordpress hosting plan? Thanks in advance.
