    My mails are receiving too late in my Inbox in SmarterMail

    Problem

    I am using SmarterMail on my Widnows server and getting my mails too late in my Inbox.

    Resolution

    The following reasons may be a cause for the delayed mail in Inbox.
    • A ton of mails in the Mail Spool. Make sure that the mail spool has no large amount of mails.
    • Insufficient server Resources. Make sure that your mail server is not overloaded.
    • Greylisting Enable. Make sure that the GreyListing is disable for your account.
    • An antivirus scanning process on your server may take a few times to scan the mail.
