How do I open IIS 6.0 Resource Kit Tools?

I recently downloaded IIS 6.0 Resource Kit Tools(heaven knows why), but I don't know how to open it up. There is an icon on my desktop called iis60rkt, and when I open it, it just brings up the install wizard and just installs it. Does anyone know how to open it? And what is it for anyways. Just tell me how to open it is most important. I am also choosing best answer!

Do one of the following:
* To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
* To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
* After you accept the End User License Agreement (EULA), all necessary files are installed to the Systemdrive\Program Files\IIS Resources folder.
