    Hello everyone
I need to know, if you kindly share the five classes of IP addresses.

IP addresses are essential for identifying devices on a network and enabling communication between them. Each with its range and purpose. There are five classes of IP addresses.

Class A IP Addresses: Class A addresses have the first octet from 0 to 127. They are designed to accommodate large networks with millions of hosts. The first bit of a Class A address is always set to 0, allowing for 128 possible networks.

Class B IP Addresses: Class B addresses have the first octet in the range of 128 to 191. These addresses are intended for medium-sized networks with thousands of hosts. The first two bits of a Class B address are always set to 10, providing 16,384 possible networks.

Class C IP Addresses: Class C addresses have the first octet in the range of 192 to 223. They are ideal for small networks with up to 254 hosts. The first three bits of a Class C address are always set to 110, resulting in 2,097,152 possible networks.

Class D IP Addresses: Class D addresses have the first octet in the range of 224 to 239. Unlike the previous classes, Class D addresses are reserved for multicast group communication. Multicast allows data to be sent to multiple hosts simultaneously, making multimedia streaming and real-time applications efficient.

Class E IP Addresses: Class E addresses have the first octet in the range of 240 to 255. Like Class D, Class E addresses are also reserved for experimental purposes and not for general networking. They are intended for research and testing.

Class First Octet Range Purpose Range
    A 0 to 127 Large networks 0.0.0.0 to 127.255.255.255
    B 128 to9 191 Medium-sized networks 128.0.0.0 to 191.255.255.255
    C 192 to 223 Small networks 192.0.0.0 to 223.255.255.255
    D 224 to 239 Multicast group communication 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255
    E 240 to 255 Experimental purposes 240.0.0.0 to 247.255.255.255
