Both are valid options for securing a website.

cPanel SSL is a paid SSL certificate that cPanel offers. A wildcard SSL certificate secures your main domain and all its subdomains. It is a good option if you have a large website with multiple subdomains and need a certificate to secure them all.
It offers a higher level of security & more extensive customer support.
The Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is a free and open-source SSL certificate widely used by website owners. It offers a good level of security and can be easily installed on a website without any cost. It is more suitable for smaller or personal websites.

Let's Encrypt certificates are easy to install and manage, with many web hosting providers offering integration and automation tools to simplify the process. cPanel SSL certificates, on the other hand, may require more technical expertise to install and manage.

While cPanel SSL certificates can last up to two years, Let's Encrypt SSL certificates are only valid for 90 days. Let's Encrypt SSL can be easily renewed and auto-renewed without any additional fee.

If you have a high-traffic website with sensitive information, cPanel SSL might be the best option. However, if you're seeking a reliable, cost-effective, and easy-to-use SSL solution for your website, Let's Encrypt is a better option.
