SaaS:-SaaS is any software application that you run that is not located on your premises. It is a full-blown application, not a component part of something else. It is not a way to build applications. It is not a plug-in to other applications. It is never something that sits on your machines.

CRM:-Customer relationship management (CRM) is a term that refers to practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer life cycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.

I have mentioned below the difference between SaaS and CRM:

SaaS:

As everyone know that the meaning of SaaS is Software as a Service. In a short term, we can say that it is used to describe the Storage model and where the organization leases or rents the storage space from the 3rd Party providers.

In this scenario, the data will be transferred from the client to the service providers through the Internet and then the client will get the access of that data from the storage provider. The Action can be done by remotely, such as data transfer and backup. Aside from this, for this purpose the organization or business need to pay the amount for the service.

CRM:

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is used to manage the company's interaction with the future and current customers such as Information about Clients, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Customer Support. These data can be maintained by the CRM.

We already know that if you wish to start the new business the customer relationship performs the important task. Now the social media websites (Such as Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, etc.) are used to increase the relationship and build the around contacts.
