How can i build this site?

I am not a professional IT person and can not design a website and i tend to use sites such as Yola to upload preformated webpages to my website. However this time i intend to have a website for product reviews whereby customers key in a product on the site and the product review comes up. Therefore i need a website that has a site search feature and one i can upload my database in excel/word.

Where can i find templates or site builder sites that have the following:
1. site search feature
2. automatically load the database of 3000 records.

I guess you get my idea. ..Is there any other easier way or website tools i can use.

I don't know about any ready made scripts available, but you can hire a web developer to complete this task ... !!!

I think the problem lies in the nickname. If I write a short one, does not matter what mail adress I give, registration fails.
I tried both my mail adresses (gmail.com and indamail.hu) ,for the first time both failed. That was yesterday ( for me at least). Today I could register with a longer nickname.

web designing is not much difficult you may do that with the help of softwares but for web development you need some help of IT professionals..
