Plesk login issues on a Windows server

Hello everyone;
When I tried to log into Plesk and double-checked my credentials, nothing happened when I clicked the login button, and I wasn't able to log in.

There could be a few reasons you cannot log in to Plesk.

Clear your browser cache and cookies:
First, clear Your Browser cache or cookies, as that may be the cause that prevents you from Logging in. After removing the cache and cookies, try again to logging.

Try a different browser:
If clearing your cache doesn't work, There may be an issue with the browser you are using. Try logging in using a different browser to see if that works.

Reset your Plesk password:
If all else fails, try resetting your Plesk password, and reset it from the "forgot password" link on the login page.

Check your firewall settings:
Ensure that your firewall is not blocking access to the Plesk server. You may need to open specific ports to allow access.
