Windows 10 update error, troubleshooting doesn't work...

I've been trying to update Windows 10, but I keep getting the same update error even after I use the troubleshooter. It begins to download, but then abruptly stops and shows this error message:

2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4507435) - Error 0x800703f1

Any type of information or help is appreciated. I think it has something to do with my Windows Update files being corrupted, but I'm not exactly sure how to resolve that kind of issue as of now.

Microsoft have released version 1809 of Windows 10, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 1809 and bring your PC right up to date and resolve any issues with Windows Updates . . .



If you have any difficulty with the above method, with these major upgrades, the most successful method is to upgrade from the Windows 10 ISO - you download the ISO and then perform an Offline Upgrade

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

Disconnect from the Internet

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe to begin the upgrade .

I got the same problem and did some steps that I saw somewhere but now I just got update 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4505903) Now my computer is on the blue screen that says your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we will restart for you. 100% complete

It has been on this screen well over an hour now? This computer is pretty new and I have never had any problem with it? until this update. I have 2 more computers that are ready to install this update. There is no way Im installing this on another machine. Any help?

An SFC scan would tell us what is wrong with your OS,
To run an SFC scan in Windows 10, take the following steps:

Press the Windows logo key + X shortcut on your keyboard.
Select Command Prompt (Admin) (or PowerShell (Admin) if Command Prompt is not available) from the list of options.
Type sfc /scannow into the Command Prompt window and press Enter.

Press the Windows logo key + I letter key shortcut on your keyboard to open the Settings app.
Proceed to the Update & Security section.
Navigate to the left pane and select Troubleshoot.
Go to the right pane and select Windows Update.
Locate and click Run the troubleshooter button. The wizard will walk you through the troubleshooting process.
After getting the all-clear to proceed, restart your PC and see if your issue has been resolved.
