    Hi,

Thanks for providing your domain name.

I have checked and found that your domain transfer order was cancelled as your domain status is Locked at your current registrar melbourneit.com. Hence, I suggest you to contact melbourneit.com to change the status of your domain to Active in order to make the domain transfer possible.

P.S. -> As per ICANN's rules domain status must be "ACTIVE" at the current registrar end in order to transfer it to other registrar.

Also, update us at support@accuwebhosting.com once you update your domain status to Active so that we can move forward to initiate a domain transfer request at our end.

    Thanks.

    transfering domain name

I transfered my domain name from another registrar to accuweb. I signed some sort of agreement and they told me it would take 5 business days to complete. I signed that on the 19th of November so it's been more than 5 days. I was wondering if it usually takes more than that or what.

Also, does the domain transfer effect the index.html from showing up on the web? I put index.html in the pubplic_html folder but it's still not showing up. I'm kinda new to this, and i'm very stuck...any advice?
