Error reading mail account information

The steps which have been given here helped me a lot and the way email account information can bring out was not known to me and I have done the same steps which have mentioned here. For that, I have also contacted
but did not get any perfect solution.

Problem Statement: We are getting an error 'Error reading mail account information' while creating mail account from the website panel.

Cause: Mail domain had Insufficient disk space.

Solution:

Step1: Access SmarterMail with admin user to check the disk usage.

Step2: At SmarterMail, Navigate to Reports->Expand the System Summary reports->Now Traffic Reports->Disk usage

Step3: From the disk usage, we have found that it was entirely utilized.

Step4: We removed the unwanted emails and data to release some disk space and at the end the issue was fixed.
